The meaning of our seal
Our seal is built from a stylized tree that represents growth, stability, and long-term vision. The trunk and branches form two human silhouettes, reflecting our focus on community, our commitment to people, and our role as a strategic ally to small and mid-size businesses. The structure of the trunk also echoes the letter “Y,” a direct link to the Karey name.
One enterprise
Karey Capital Holdings, Inc. is the parent company. It provides executive leadership, corporate governance, enterprise strategy and centralized corporate functions, while each operating company keeps clear business responsibilities. Karey Logistics provides logistics and operations to Karey Supply Solutions, and both roll up into Karey Capital Holdings as one enterprise.
